What can I do if a legitimate email is filtered as Spam?

You can add the email address of the sender to your Safe List in the Account Options section of your Webmail account or your email administrator can accomplish the same thing in your secure control panel. Once you add the email address to your Safe List, emails from that individual will not be filtered again.

Note: Some bulk newsletters hide their true from address. If your Safe List entry is not working, you will need to get a copy of the full message header and look for the "X-from" header. This is the true from address that you will need to add to your Safe List.
