Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription with Home.co.uk within seven days of the commencement of the subscription. A full refund will be issued upon confirmation of a valid cancellation under these terms. The cancellation date will be that of the receipt of a valid cancellation request. A full refund will only be issued within seven days of a new subscription.

At any other time you may cancel your subscription with Home.co.uk by giving 28 days' notice in writing. In this case you will be entitled to a refund equal to that proportion of the annual charge that is equivalent to the proportion of the duration left to run at the date of termination.

To request a refund, please send an email to admin@email.home.co.uk or write to the address on our Contacts page. Refunds will normally be made by the same method used for payment or as otherwise may be agreed.

To prevent fraudulent claims and improve security, requests for a refund are reviewed on an individual basis and further information may be requested from you before any refunds are issued.

Upon cancellation all access to your account will be removed.

Other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
