	Please use only characters: 'a' to 'z', 'A' to 'Z', '0' to '9', '.', '_', '-'
	@home.co.uk email is case-independent ie Your.Name@home.co.uk is the same account as your.name@home.co.uk
	We recommend avoiding first-name only usernames eg john@home.co.uk, jane@home.co.uk - one tactic of those who send spam is to guess first-name only addresses as targets for unsolicited email
