Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my ISP not allowing me to send email through your SMTP server?

Many ISPs block the use of third party outbound SMTP servers. Most dial-up ISPs do this, and many DSL and broadband providers are beginning to as well. If you are using SSL-encrypted SMTP you should not experience this problem. If you do however, you will have to use your ISPs proprietary SMTP server to send email from anywhere other than Webmail.
