By downloading your mails to Outlook you prevent your mailbox from filling up, provided that you have configured Outlook to remove mails from the server once they have been downloaded. Configure Outlook for large messagesIf you are using a dial up connection and you frequently receive messages with large files attached, you may want to provide Outlook with specific instructions on how to handle these mails.
