Use Outlook

One of the main advantages of using an email client such as Outlook is that it allows you to store your emails on your local computer, rather than in your mailbox on the server. By downloading your mails to Outlook you prevent your mailbox from filling up, provided that you have configured Outlook to remove mails from the server once they have been downloaded.
